1) About MISWAQE

MISWAQE is operated by an individual (sole operator) under the name MISWAQE. All references to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to MISWAQE as the operator of this Site.

2) Products & Pre-Orders

Certain products on the Site are offered on a pre-order basis. This means the product is not yet in stock and will be manufactured and shipped at a later date.

• Estimated shipping times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
• Production timelines may change due to manufacturing, sourcing, or logistics factors.
• Any significant changes to timelines will be communicated by email.

3) Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site and include applicable taxes where required by law.

• Payments are processed securely via WooPayments and its payment partners.
• Available payment methods may include card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• We do not store full payment card details.

Prices may change in the future. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

4) Refunds & Cancellations

Pre-orders are fully refundable at any time before the order is shipped.

To request a cancellation or refund before shipping, contact support@miswaqe.com.

Once an order has shipped, refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and may depend on the condition of the returned item.

5) Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or couriers.
• Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier, where permitted by law.

6) Product Information & Variations

We aim to display products as accurately as possible. However:

• Colours, finishes, and materials may appear slightly different due to screens or lighting.
• Final production details may vary slightly from images shown, especially for pre-production items.
